Two Guys, One Shop, No Shortcuts

2 Man Fab started with a simple frustration: too many fabrication and welding jobs get handed off between an intake guy, an estimator, and whichever welder is free that day -- and the details get lost somewhere in between.

We kept it to two people on purpose. Every truck or car that comes into our Little Elm, TX shop gets worked on by the same hands from the first conversation to the final weld. No middlemen, no guessing what was actually discussed on the phone.

That means we take on fewer jobs at once than a bigger shop -- and we're fine with that trade-off. We'd rather build ten trucks right than twenty trucks fast.

Whether it's a full custom build, a single bracket, or a part nobody else wants to touch, the standard is the same: proper prep, clean welds, and nothing leaves the shop until we'd be comfortable putting it on our own trucks.
